Well it was a long time coming but it was sure worth the wait.
With such a busy start to the year with what seemed like a competition or show every weekend we struggled to schedule our usually regular Superman competitions.
With a little gap in our calendar we slotted it in on Sunday 16th July and the usual interest and excitement buzzed around the gym in the build up for it's preceding weeks.
Just under 40 competitors signed up and pledged their support in an attempt to be crown the illustrious USKA Superman champion.
This was more than anticipated due to the excellent hot weather but the USKA faithful's and supporters turned out in their numbers to once again help to make it a cracking day and also to do their bit to as always raise money for a charity set up in the late USKA fighter Azmat Yaqub's name.
The five categories for the day were 8's n' under's, 9-11yrs, 12-14yrs, Men's & Ladies.

After a brilliant effort from everybody the results were as follows. Notice the closeness of the points separating 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each division.
