Train in the popular modern martial art of Kickboxing incorporating a grading syllabus from Red to Black belt and a comprehensive competitive structure encompassing all aspects of Light Continuous and Full Contact Kickboxing competition.

Boxing

A chance to learn and participate in the noble art of Boxing. All aspects of Boxing are covered here including Bagwork, Padwork, Shadowboxing and Sparring in the environment of the fully equipped and Professional USKA Fight Factory.

Circuit Training

Try our all over complete body circuit training workouts incorporating a variety of intense fitness drills and timed interval circuits designed to develop all factors of fitness including speed, strength, stamina, conditioning, flexibility, core stability and agility. No martial arts/ fighting experience are necessary for these sessions.

Self Defence

With violence on the increase in today's society can you afford not to learn to protect yourself and your family. USKA training has a real feel to it and we believe in and stand by the ethos of 'If it doesn't work, we don't use it'

Personal 1-2-1 Training

Private one to one and private small groups sessions are available in Kickboxing, Boxing and Fitness training. Whatever your goals and ambitions are our qualified Instructors can help you achieve them with the accelerated learning curve of personal 1-2-1 training.

MMA

The newest and most exciting mixed martial art (MMA) is here at the USKA Fight Factory. The eclectic mix of Stand up Kickboxing and Muay Thai mixed with the transitions and take downs, grappling and submissions of Jujitsu.

FIGHT CLINIC

Are you a martial artist or fighter that needs assistance in your training or the extra knowledge to take your skills to the next level competitively. A good padholder / coach / Sparring partner / trainer is hard to find. Come and train with an USKA Instructor with the confidence and peace of mind that you train without politics and unwanted involvement in total privacy at an USKA Fight Clinic.

Joining Fees

Joining fee including Kickboxing suit / 1st years membership and £1 reduction of daily session fee

Adults - £50.00 - yearly membership renewal £20.00 (if renewed before expiry date)
Children - £45.00 - yearly membership renewal £20.00 (if renewed before expiry date)
